1. General
Schools and Educational
Institutes are considered to be from among the
agglomeration places attracting special care and
attention of Civil Defense Forces all over the world.
This attention is reflected in the keenness to implement
the safety and prevention conditions in each and every
school and educational institute and in setting a
program or a plan for the dissemination of prevention
awareness among the students and for training them on
prevention behaviour in a manner enabling them to extend
this behaviour throughout their daily life activities
and helping them to shoulder the responsibility for
maintaining their nations achievements.
Since the
educational institute role is not limited to teaching
but extends to cover education and behaviour as well,
then raising the students must include guidance towards
good public and private manners and behaviours including
preventive behaviour for facing the risks which might
endanger the students lives as well as the lives of the
people surrounding them from family members or the
community in general and to urge them to recognize such
risks and the best ways to avoid them and mitigate their
consequences in case they occurred, may God forbid. |
