(1)     Upon hearing the fire alarm and in accordance with the procedures set by the General Supervisor, the Telephone Operator shall contact the emergency services (Civil Defense, Ambulance, Police) provided the report shall include all incident related information (especially if there were any persons entrapped within the fire location) and the nearest roads and entrances leading to the building on fire within the educational institute.

 


 

(2)     Notify the Security Personnel or the educational institute Watchman for permitting the approaching service vehicles to enter the educational institute and to clear the area surrounding the building on fire from cars or any other obstacles and shall stand in a visible place near the building for receiving the services team and providing them with the necessary information.

 

(3)     Act as a communication coordinator and exchange information between the General Supervisor, Safety Team or the Maintenance Technicians if requested to do so.

 

(4)     Record all dispatched and received communications.
