a)     Scope of Implementation

(1)     The Civil Defense Instructions mentioned hereinunder, apply to all government and private schools and educational institutions within the U.A.E.

(2)     In coordination with the Civil Defense, Superior Authorities shall pass the necessary instructions to their subordinate schools and educational institutes and shall supervise taking all the measures mentioned in this plan for protecting and safeguarding all the students, buildings and installations thereof.
