5.     Communications

a)     Radio Head Sets

          The concerned persons may be provided with radio hand sets, if available, for the coordination of their communications during emergency cases.

b)     Communication Lines

          In emergency cases, internal or external lines of communications must not be kept busy in personal calls or normal inquiries and strict instructions must be passed in this respect.
