e)     Assembly Point Officer

(1)     He is completely in charge of and responsible for the assembly point.

(2)     Coordinate with the Floor/Building Controllers upon their arrival to the assembly point for making sure that their respective floors/buildings were evacuated.

(3)     Check the names of the evacuees present in the assembly point against his list.

(4)     Under no circumstances allow any person to leave the assembly point unless authorization was obtained.

(5)     Advise the General Supervisor of the developments of the evacuation process and of the arrival of all the floor/building controllers to the assembly point and of the completion of the evacuation process.

(6)     Notify the Safety Officer of any abnormal situation in the assembly point.

(7)     After the incident was announced over, he shall coordinate with the Floor/Building Controllers for following up the return of evacuees to their locations.
